Our Story
How On Point Plumbing Got Started
On Point exists because we watched personal, transparent plumbing service disappear into corporate call centers — and decided the southside deserved better.
On Point Plumbing is a family-operated company, born in 2021 after the family business we grew up around transitioned corporate. We'd seen what happens when a plumbing company becomes a sales organization — quotas, upsells, and a different stranger at your door every visit. So Luke started fresh with a simple plan: honest work, fair pricing, and clean, timely service for the Greenwood area.
The name comes from our German Shorthaired Pointer — the spotted dog on our logo, our trailer, and every install sticker we leave behind. A pointer doesn't guess; it locks onto exactly the right spot. That's the standard we hold our plumbing to, and it's why every one of our Google reviews is five stars.
