When you request a quote, submit our contact form, call, or text, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of your plumbing issue. If you send photos of a problem, we keep those with your service record.

Our website also collects standard analytics data — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you found us — through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.

We use your contact details to respond to your request, schedule and complete service, send quotes and invoices, and follow up on completed work. Service history stays on file so return visits start with context.

We may occasionally contact past customers about seasonal maintenance or offers. Every such message includes a way to opt out, and asking once is enough.

Our quote forms are processed through LeadConnector (HighLevel), a customer-communication platform that stores submissions securely on our behalf. Calls and texts to our business line may be logged in the same system so we don't lose track of your request.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers above (who process it only for us), or where the law requires it.
